Leaving Your
Vehicle
You
should plan on leaving your vehicle for the day unless
you have scheduled a waiting appointment or made
arrangements with us to pick up your vehicle at a
certain time. |

Waiting
We
offer four "wait" appointments each day for oil changes
and state inspections:
7:30 am, 8:30, 9:30 and 2:00 pm. These book up fast! |

Alignments
For
alignments, we offer one "wait" appointment, which is
7:30 am. This is because it is the only time we can be
sure that the alignment rack will be available.
Sometimes vehicles need parts replaced before the
alignment can be done, so our technician needs to have
flexibility to accommodate everyone. |
| Key Drop
For your convenience, we have a
key drop located on the front of our building, to the
left of the office. This allows you to drop off and pick
up your vehicle before we open or after we close.

Phone Numbers
It is very important that you leave us a phone
number(s) where we can reach you throughout the day
for authorization on repair work, etc. and also to
call you when your vehicle is done.
